Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

Hi There, Have had OCD most of my life, started our with handwashing and checking, moved on to thinking I had mown down people in my car then on to thinking I could catch a killer is disease fro almost anything! Now I have mostly have Pure O and intrusive thoughts - apart from that though everything is just peachy! I play drums in a band and run my own business. I try and seperate OCD from my 'real' life and never let it stop me doing anything. It's tough, really tough at times but I won't let it win. I try to remember it's not me, its OCD!
