i
can't
stop
my
thoughts
and
it
makes
me
soooo
incrediably
frusterated!
One
minute
I'm
completely
fine,
then
all
of
a
sudden
my
mind
races
a
million
miles
per
second.
i
know
it's
just
ocd
but
geeze
i
wish
life
could
be
chill
and
easy.
oh
well.

This
past
year
with
ocd
and
my
emotions
has
been
at
it's
peak
and
was
a
big
struggle
for
me.
I
went
to
go
see
my
doctor
recently
and
doubled
my
medicine.
I
have
noticed
a
vast
difference
in
how
well
I
am
doing.
I
have
been
doing
so,
so
much

so

I
just
wanted
to
thank
you
all
for
all

encouragement
and
support
it
means
the
world
to
me,
this
year
has
been
especially
rough
but
i
am
currently
doing
pretty
well
right
now.
