Just
had
my
3rd
session
with
my
CPN
and
can't
help
feeling
frustrated
and
disaapointed
that
I'm
still
nowhere
near
ready
to
consider
a
return
to
work. With
her
help
I've
seen
that
I
am
making
progress
but
it
just
seems
to
be

had
a
pretty
eventful
week
this
week.
Lots
of
positives
but
long
way
to
go.
been
working
on
getting
back
in
touch
with
my
non
cyber
friends
as
I've
cut
myself
off
from
everybody
recently.
That
feels
good
but
I
am
finding
it
really
tiring

Well
I
survived
my
first
CBT
session
and
my
first
attendance
at
OCD
group
this
week.
Tired
but
a
bit
more
positive
than
I’ve
been
of
late.
CBT
was
tiring
but
learnt
a
new
trick
“distraction”.
Practiced
it
on
my
walk
yesterday

feel

The
day
after
my
appointment
this
week
I
had
a
brief
spell
of
feeling
really
positive
and
hopeful
for
the
future
for
the
first
time
in
ages.
When
I'm
well
one
of
my
favourite
activities
is
going
for
my
walks

Well
I
did
it.
I
had
my
first
appointemnt
with
a
community
psychiatrice
nurse
today
and
survived
to
tell
the
tale!!I'm
not
really
sure
how
i
feel
apart
from
emotionally
drained
and
glad
something
is
finally
happening.
I
guess
it's
real
