it

therapist
(unless
they
actually
have
OCD
and
know
what
we
go
through)
would
not
be
effective
(for
me).
As
far
as
medication
is
concerned,
my
research
indicates
that
there
is
too
low
of
a
percentage
of
success
compared
to
potential
side
effects.
I
may
try
natural
remedies
like
St.
John's
Wort
or
something
and
track
my
progress
on
my
blog.
