Well,
after
all
the
positives
lately
just
had
to
be
something
negative
lying
in
wait
for
me.Firstly
start
with
positive.
I
managed
to
stay
off
this
site
for
3
days
even
though
I
wanted
to
come
on
several
times
during
that
time.
I
missed
seeing

GP
has
changed
prozac
to
citalopram
to
see
if
that
improves
my
sleeping
pattern
and
given
me
some
temazepam
to
use
when
I’m
“desperate”.
Signed
me
off
for
another
6
weeks.
Reasonable
nights
sleep
last
night
and
think
I

mentally
exhausted
but
pretty
pleased
with
myself
today.
Achieved
something
pretty
major
today
and
think
my
CPN
will
be
pleased

my
ERP
progress.
Finally
managed
to
go
into
Exeter
and
spend
nearly
3
hours
in
town
centre.

all

compulsions
is
shopping
(
particularly
ebay
shopping)
but,
strangely
enough,
it
can
also
be
one

really
good
day
today
(surprising

sleep

Enjoyed
my
OCD
support
group
meeting,
it’s
so
nice
to
talk
to
other
OCD
sufferers
and
know
they
really
understand
and
sympathise
with
what
it’s
