Sherri3,
Hey,
thanks
for
the
Christmas
wish.
I
am
having
a
pretty
good
Christmas
after
the
OCD
eased
up.
It
hit
me
at
3:00am,
I
woke
right
up
out
a
dead
sleep,
and
even
though
I
was
so
tiered
and
couldn't
function,
my
eyes
were
burning
and
my
brain
was
racing.
I
couldn’t
get
it
to
stop.
So
as
part
of
my
behavioral
training
the
doctor
told
me
to
start
doing
some
thing
positive.
I’m
supposed
to
replace
my
negative
thoughts
with
positive
actions.
This
seems
to
help
get
me
out
of
Brain
Lock.
I
got
up
and
started
cooking.
Cooking
really
helps
in
the
middle
of
the
night—because
normally
I
would
go
to
the
gym
and
workout.
Exercise
really
seems
to
help
a
lot
too.
But
middle
of
the
night
stuff,
I
can
only
cook,
and
I
have
to
do
this
quietly,
so
as
to
not
wake
up
the
rest
of
the
family.
Well,
I
made
a
nice
Christmas
day
roast,
a
Christmas
cake,
some
muffins/biscuits,
and
a
real
nice
apple,
cinnamon,
lemon
drink
for
the
families
Christmas
day
activities.
So
thanks
to
good
friends
like
you,
and
a
little
behavioral
training,
it
is
all
working
out
this
fine
Christmas
day.
Thanks
very
much!
Lamont
Hi,
just
wanted
to
be
sure
and
wish
you
a
very
Merry
Christmas
and
a
prosperous
New
Year!
This
next
year
will
be
better
than
the
last…
I’m
pretty
sure…
Thanks
for
being
a
friend!
