So
I
have
been
without
the
internet
all
day
long.
I
got
online
around
10
am
and
let
my
daughter
play
computer
games
on
Disney
then
as
soon
as
I
put
her
to
bed
and
came
down
to
relax
(Internet
is
one
of
the
ways
I
relax)
I
found
that
I
had

wish
that
my
husband's
brother
would
go
outside
to
smoke.
He
goes
to
the
garage
but
it
makes
the
house
stink
anyway.
I
got
used
to
it,
I
guess,
when
he
was
here
for
3
weeks
but
when
he
left
for
4
days
I
had
4
wonderful
days
of
clean
air
and

Well...I
have
had
5
wonderful
days
of
peace
and
they
are
about
to
come
to
an
end.
My
husband
has
been
out
of
town
and
his
brother
was
at
their
sister's
house,
down
south. (Because
I insisted
not
to
be
left
alone with
him.)

to

Well
if
I
would
have
written
yesterday
or
this
morning
I
would
have
said
that
I
felt
like
my
brain
was
on
crack
or
something.
I
could
not
stop
worrying
about
a
certain
issue.
It
has
to
do
with
my
husband's
sister
and
her

worrying.
I
try
and
try
to
give
my
worries
to
God
but
every
time
I
see
a
trigger
my
brain
goes
in
fast
forward
mode.
And
I
cannot
stop
thinking
about
it.
I
just
want
to
inject
my
brain
with
novacaine
or
