I
am
unsure
what
kept
me
going
today.
My
will
to
leave
the
house,
my
will
to
expose,
my
will
to
fight
was
completely
shot
today.
The
past
2
weeks
have
been,
for
lack
of
better
expressions,
an
emotional
rollercoaster.
Somehow
I

feel
distraught.
I
have
no
will
to
go
outside
and
do
my
exposures.
I
have
no
will

fight
theses
thoughts.
If
I
can’t
be
accepted
as
a
person
who
has
Obsessive-Compulsive
Disorder,
then
why
should
I
accept
it?

homework

therapy
this
week
is
to
fully
disclose
to
at
least
one
person
what
OCD
is
and
what
I'm
afflicted
by,
and
my
obsessions
and
intrusive
thoughts.
I
opened
to
one
person
last
night.
But
there
is
really
one
person
that
I

relate

who

always

willing

computer
decided
to
play
humpty
dumpty,
currently
all
the
kings’
horses
and
all
the
kings
men
(best
Buy)
are
trying
to
put
humpty
back
together
aging...
I
will
be
on
here
a
lot
less
for
about
2-4
weeks
whiles
getting
replaced.
