Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

Hello" I am a 45 yr old man, who,m has suffer,d
from (OCD) Obsesive,compulsive,disorder, for many
yrs. I belive I was about ten yrs old; In my
young life I sufferd alot of bad situations,so I started inventing these little games as a way of excaping from the hurt,exc it was my shield so to speak, after a while it became so out of control that I could no longer funtion, resulting in sever depression and several sucide atempts, I didnt want to die, I just wanted to be incontrol again. After several yrs of treatment I am better But I aint quite ready to give up my shield just yet!

I love music, the ocean, life in general.
