Just incase you want some encouragement, these lyrics are helpful. It helps me remember that GOD is closes to me when I'm broken and have OCD and I'm just relying on him and I don't have it all together. It really encourages me to stop trying to control my life and my OCD and let GOD control it.

When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought joy to my soul. Psalm 94:19 and 'Fake it till you make it.' (when OCD comes and makes me depressed, I sometimes have to fake my happiness at first and go on with life and happiness becomes normal and GOD brings me happiness.
