Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

I suffer from OCD, ADHD, and depression. I dropped out of college so that I can get the OCD and ADHD under control before I go back. I have a dark sense of humor which I share daily with my cat.

I have obsessive guilt and feelings of failure. I have hypersensitive/obsessive hearing problems, see "dislikes." I check time and dates on food obsessively. I get very claustrophobic and often have panic attacks in class or in crowds due to feeling crowded or noises. And, of course, I will not step on sidewalk cracks.

Marching band, Firefly, Cats, Harry Potter, The Time Traveler's Wife, The Hunger Games, Musicals, zombie movies.

Chewing noises. Sniffling. Ticking clocks. Tapping or clinking. Silverware and plates clinking. Popping gum and popping knuckles. Getting out of bed in the morning.

Relient K and all classical music. Favorites: Stravinsky, Bach's Brandenburg Concertos, any Mozart (especially flute music), Dvorak's 8th, any swing music or ragtime, folk music, any banjo or bluegrass, and I have a continuing love affair with the bagpipes. (Anyone heard of the group Tartanic?)
