i was diagnosed with postpartum ocd when i gave birth about 10 months ago. i had a c-section and as soon as i came out of surgery i wasnt myself i was serverly anxious, when i got home from from hospital i started having crazy thoughts about the baby. i didnt know what was wrong with me. i begged my husband to take me to a mental hospital. but went to therpy and found out it was ocd. i have been down a very hard road and am still going down it. its hard to give birth and be a completely different person than you where before giving birth. i just want my life back.

I have been doing really well yesterday and today. My doctor gave me a low dose of Ativan to take as needed. It has really helped a tremendous amount. I will continue to update you. I also want to thank you for all of your support:)
