Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

Dear Friends/passers by

I have, reluctantly, decided to limit my time posting on this site and so am leaving this message so that no-one needs to worry if they don’t find me around very often. I will still be blogging/posting here from time to time but will not be checking regularly for messages and would prefer it if you didn’t leave any comments in my guest book. or request to add me as a friend.

Part of my reason for doing this is the fact that I spend a lot of time on other sites and part of it is linked to my OCD in that I have an issue with checking and rechecking to see if I have messages and limiting my time spent doing this forms part of my recovery.

I’d like to say a big thank you for all the help and support I have received from you all and wish everyone the very best of luck on their own journeys. Take care and be happy!!
