I'm Heather and I'm 33 years old, live in Birmingham but originally from Glasgow, Scotland UK.

I was diagonosed with OCD about a year ago, I pull out eyelashes and skin pick and have received treatment for that (only 4 sessions of CBT). I have various other symptoms including obsessions, compulsions and phobias.
