off
for
quite
some
time.

Therapy...

My
OCD
has
been
getting
worse
and
worse
recently.
It's.
degenerative.
I'm
looking
to
go
into
some
exposure
response
prevention
therapy
to
at
least
lessen
my
symptoms.
I
understand
how
it
works,
why
it
works,
and
how
effective
it
is.
I'm
just
scared
to
do
it.
If
you've
read
my
blogs
recently
you'll
know
that
I
might
just
have
another
problem
that
has
been
getting
worse
recently.
Not
sure
what's
going
on
there.
Looking
through
my
DSM
and
so
far
not
too
sure.
Don't
think
it's
BPD
(Borderline
Personality
Disorder)
lol.
Maybe
APD
(avoidant
personality
disorder)
but
it's
not
with
everyone.
It's
just
with
those
really
close
with
me.
Eh,
not
APD.
Any
other
things
I
should
look
into?
