Hey guys,
It’s been a while since I have been on here. Thanks for every ones replies to my questionnaire I really appreciate it. Recently my boyfriends OCD has improved in some ways got worse in other areas. I am really proud of him, when we are together he no longer lets thoughts about not loving me or wanting to break up with me get to him which is great…this has led to a HUGE improvement in our relationship. The only problem is now he is struggling with thoughts surrounding his sport and whether or not he wants to drink/smoke and keep up his healthy diet. Obviously this isn’t affecting me directly but I hate seeing him so upset and confused so I was wondering if anybody could give me any advice for how to help him out? He is a complete fitness fanatic, always at the gym, only seems to eat things high in protein and low in fat…only drinks water (that kind of guy lol). I know how much he loves his sport (its like a cross between martial arts and gymnastics) so I know for a fact he doesn’t want to give it up or start any of the bad things I mentioned above. Anyway thank you for reading this and any advice will of course be highly appreciated
