I
went
to
see
my
therapist
again
today.
Another
one
of
my
OCD
problems
is
with
worms,
i
cant
bear
them,
i
cant
look
at
them
without
cringing.
I
see
them
as
dirty
and
contaminating.
I
sat
down
with
my
therapist
today,
and
the
first
thing
she
did

I
just
thought
i
would
leave
a
quick
note
on
how
i
have
progressed,
with
my
new
therapist.
I
am
now
on
session
7/8,
and
i
have
finally
given
up
my
nail
brush.....i
never
in
a
million
years
thought
that
would
happen,
my
therapist
is
fantastic.

last
few
days
have
been
much
harder
for
me,
and
i
have
been
told
by
my
therapist
that
i
have
to
throw
away
my
nailbrush
in
2
weeks
time.
I
am
so
scared
to
do
this
as
that
has
been
my
safety
net,
i
cant
imagine
life
without
my
nailbrush.
I
have

I
saw
my
therapist
again
this
week.
I
have
been
given
my
task
for
the
week
which
is
to
hang
my
washing
on
the
line.
This
is
a
big
problem
for
me
as
i
worry
about
poo.....whether
its
bird,
dog,
sheep
any
kind
of
poo
really!
its
my
3rd
day
of
