and
not
feeling
too
good,feel
very
down
and
want
to
burst
into
tears,
all
part
of
the
ups
and
downs
i
guess.
i
feel
so
out
of
it
and
vacant
and
feel
like
a
zombie,
my
thoughts
are
all
over
the
place.any
one
had
this
with
sertraline?
i
will
keep
taking
it
and
hope
it
picks
me
up
soon
