Hello
been
a
long
time
since
i
have
done
a
blog.
i
have
been
very
up
and
down
in
that
time,
back
at
work
and
really
enjoying
that,
i
do
have
days
where
i
feel
soo
out
of
it
and
get
bad
thoughts
of
hitting
people
but
you
just
get
on
with
it
,

its
been
a
hard
week
soo
far,
i
have
been
away
on
a
trip
for
4
days
and
my
ocd
went
through
the
roof,
thoughts
started
to
run
away
with
me,
thoughts
of
hurting
people
and
my
self,stupid
random
thoughts
which
make
you
think
you
are
loosing

Hello.
well
its
now
11
weeks
on
sertraline,
i
got
pretty
good,things
were
quite
well
under
control
but
after
6
months
off
i
went
back
to
work,
they
are
easing
me
in
slowly
just
doing
half
days
for
a
few
weeks
and
going
round
with
people
just
to

well
its
8
weeks
on
sertraline
now
and
its
been
soo
up
and
down,last
week
i
was
really
good
i
had
6
decent
days
where
i
felt
happy
my
crap
thoughts
were
little
and
again
i
thought
i
was
just
getting
there,
but
the
last
4
days
have
been
