My
boss
came
to
see
me
today
about
my
options
about
returning
to
work
or
needing
more
time
off
she
was
very
understanding
and
said
i
was
a
valued
member
of
staff
and
that
i
was
very
thurrer
with
my
work
which
made
me
feel
so
much
better
but
unfortunatly
i'm
really
not
able
to
return
just
yet
she
said
i
could
take
6
months
off
without
pay
or
longer
if
i
need
it
and
they
will
employ
someone
to
cover
while
im
off
but
only
temporarly
they
will
leave
my
job
open
for
me
when
i
feel
more
able
to
return
but
they
will
need
a
report
from
my
doctor
which
is
fine
so
i
have
alot
to
think
about
she
said
not
to
rush
into
a
decion
which
is
good
but
i
will
have
to
look
into
what
benefits
i
can
get
while
im
off
but
i
feel
like
a
big
load
as
been
lifted
off
my
shoulders
hopefully
will
get
all
worked
out
next
week.
