for sure. sometimes i feel like a hypocrite because i can give out advice but can't seem to follow it for myself.  :)

 Super Duper YEEEEESSSSS !!!!!! It seems easier to help someone else most of the time than to figure out how to help myself. I think its an OCD quirk...we can see outside of our bubbles when helping other people but its harder to self-analyze ! Hang in !
