been
on
meds
now
for
about
6
weeeks
and
my
mood
has
lifted
and
my
bad
thoughts
are
not
so
powerful,i
am
no
longer
seeing
the
crisses
team
they
feel
i
am
making
progress
,i
am
having
counselling
next
month
at
last
i
have
needed
it
for

finally
got
some
help
i
reached
rock
bottom
the
other
night
and
my
familly
took
my
to
the
hostpital
they
were
really
good
wiyh
me
a
i
wanted
them
to
keep
me
there
but
since
i
was
last
in
hospital
thing
have
changed
and
they
have
a
new
