Most
photo
viewing
programs
will
have
an
option
you
can
select
that
will
allow
you
to
edit
and
resize
photos.
For
email
and
webpostings,
I
usually
resize
to
640x480,
and
then
do
a
"save
as"
to
a
new
file
name
so
I
don't
write
over
the
original
picture
file.
I
use
HP
photosmart
to
do
this,
it's
a
program
that
came
with
my
computer.
Most
computers
will
come
with
something
like
it.
