Yesterday,
driving
home,
my
daughter(14)
asked
(as
she
frequently
does),
"Mom,
what
are
you
thinking
about?".
So
I
told
her
that
I
was
spelling
out
the
words
on
a
sign
that
we
had
just
passed,
in
my
head.
She
said,
"that
is
so
wierd!"
I've
always
done
that
with
words,
whether
from
a
book,
or
signs
on
the
road.
