this
morning
I
was
having
difficulty
sleeping
as
I
had
started
to
get
really
anxious
about
attempting
to
go
to
my
office
building
again.
My
CPN
had
suggested
we
plan
the
exposure
quite
meticulously
this
time
and
so
we’d
done
that.

Tried
parking
outside
my
office
building
today.
Felt
physically
sick
and
very
close
to
breaking
down
in
tears
when
I
pulled
up
but
managed
to
get
out
of
the
car
and
walk
past
office
to
get
to
shopping
centre.
Anxiety
was
really
high
and
I
had

today
and
she's
really
pleased
with
my
progress
but
also
warned
me
not
to
push
it
too
quickly
or
get
overconfident.We
spent
a
long
time
talking
about
whether
I
was
ready
to
start
to
think
about
work
issues
and
have
agreed

today.
Finished
all
my
Xmas
preparations
so
can
concentrate
on
relaxing
and
enjoying
a
quiet
Xmas
with
my
husband,
which
is
just
the
way
I
like
it.
Even
found
time
to
do
something
I’ve
always
wanted
to
do,
but
never
had

brother
phoned
and
told
me
our
friend’s
husband
died
earlier
this
morning.
I
had
been
going
to
ring
her
yesterday
as
I
knew
he
was
very
poorly
but
didn’t
because
I
was
recovering
