Head pick particularly bad

I
haven't
been
on
the
site
for
ages.
I
suffer
from
hair
pulling
and
skin
picking
mainly
on
my
head.
I
have't
been
pulling
my
eye
lashes
so
much
and
becauseof
this
I
have
recognised
that
I
am
spening
more
time
picking
the
skin
on
my

long
time
since
I
have
been
on
this

so
just

I
still
suffer
grately

compulsions
and
my
eye
lash
pulling
is
at
an
all
time
low

I
haven't
been
on
this
forum
for
a
while,
I
hope
everyone
is
well.
It
has
been
a
year
now
since
I
was
diagnosed,
I
was
optimistic
when
I
was
diagnosed
as
I
thought
that
finally
my
illness
was
recognised
and
I
would
get
some
help.
But
one
year

My
OCD
is
quite
bad
at
the
moment,
I
don't
feel
in
control
of
anything.
I
have
pratically
no
eye
lashes
left
on
both
eyes,
its
the
worst
they
have
been
in
about
6
months.
I
felt
I
was
doing
so
well
after
my
CBT.
Also
picking
and

havent
been

haven't
felt
like
writng a

or
anything,
i
lose
enthusiasm
for
a
lot
of
things
after
a
while.My
eyelash
pulling
got
better
again
for
a
few
weeks but
over
the
last
few
days
it
flarred
up
