My
OCD
has
become
the
worst
it's
ever
been,
I
dont
really
know
why,
maybe
its
because
of
my
exams.
I
cant
watch
TV
comfortably
because
my
breathing
OCD
gets
in
the
way.
I
may
have
managed
to
shift
my
Knock
on
wood
OCD
to
where
I
cross
my
fingers
each
time
i
have
a
bad
thought
but
now
it
has
turned
into
another
ritual
and
if
i
dont
do
it
right
i
have
to
do
it
again.
Sometimes
i
do
it
up
to
32
times
for
one
bad
thought!
This
breathing
issue
i
have
is
making
me
dizzy
and
makes
me
feel
sick,
I
wash
my
hands
so
much
they
bleed
at
times.
I
now
a
have
a
new
edition
to
my
OCD
commumity
which
has
been
here
before
where
i
have
this
equal
issue
where
i
have
to
make
evrything
equal.
Its
not
good
to
have
OCD
anytime
druing
your
day
but
to
have
it
during
exams
is
even
worse!
I'm
absolutley
sick
and
tired
of
this
breathing
thing
now.
The
other
day
my
friend
saw
my
hand
and
jokily
said
do
you
have
that
thing
where
you
wash
your
hands
alot,
i
denied
it
but
it
made
me
feel
awful.
Hopefully
after
my
exams
il
be
better
but
i
just
feel
so
out
of
control
at
the
moment!
