Its
been
about
a
month
since
I
stepped
foot
outside
our
Apartment.
My
OCD
just
continues
to
get
worse.
I
have
lost
control.
My
OCD
mind
is
winning
the
battle
over
my
life.
I
am
obsessed
over
SO
many
things,
and
the
list
just
gets
bigger
and

shouldnt
be
feeling
sorry
for
myself,
but
I
am.
There
are
a
lot
of
things
that
I
am
incredibly
thankful
for.
So
why
is
it
then,
that
we
have
to consciously
think
of
the
good
things??
The
bad
things,

they
just
come
to
mind

When
I
was
little
I
heard
the
old
saying
"dont
step
on
the
crack,
or
you'll
break
your
mothers
back".
I
took
it
very
seriously!!
Thats
where
it
started
anyhow.
Then
as
I
got
older
I
was
afraid
to
step
on
them
because
I
thought

have
been
sleeping
on
the
couch
for
over
a
week
now.
The
reason
being
that
I
need
to
be
where
the
tv
is
in
order
to
get
any
sleep
at
all.
When
I
go
to
bed
all
I
do
is
lie
there
awake
and
think
bad
thoughts.
This
pill
change
has
really
screwed
