Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

im 24 and before mt ocd started 2 yr ago i was the life and sole of every party always having a laugh but now i hardly drink me and my partner still have a laugh when we go out but i never drink to much coz my ocd will be 10 times worse the next day. i have a wonderful family and cool pets and am trying to get my ocd under control so i can start being me again my problem is health anxierty and ocd (pulse checkin and panic attacks are just a few)

i like spending time with my family, going on holiday, my pets and good films having a laugh it keeps you sane, what ever that is x
