ABOUT ME

I have dealt with OCD and social anxieties since I was very little. I grew up around continuous stress and abuse both mentally and physically. The physical from someone close to the family. I was diagnosed as an adult but never really listened to therapists because of the underlying issue I have chose to ignore and not deal with from my past which I currently am now.I have been medicated off and on for years. The best medicine however has been my supporting wife through all of this!

I have trouble with anxiety as well. Glad you're wife is so supportive and that we all have this web site. Keep getting stronger! BTW Band of Brothers is an awesome series and book.

Hey, thanks for the blog comment. You got it right down to a tee. That's exactly how I feel when trying to express myself, even on this website! I'm working on keeping my mind busy and it has been helping, but I let my thoughts get the best of me too much. Take care. :)
