Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

Well I was diagnosed with OCD at age 16 but I knew I had it at 8. I went through a study by the University of Florida and was even on a documentary on Discovery for about 3sec. I have mostly unwanted thoughts and mostly they focus around sexuality but I can obsess about anything and everything and probable have. I also suffer with depression. I've been on Paxil since 16 but that doesn't always seem to help. I was home schooled from 4th grade on until I got my GED. I was fired form my job as a preschool asst. for 2 year olds and I’m still trying to get over it. (I really loved my job) Right now I'm working as a nanny for one of my former students in the evening and as a file clerk for a sunglasses store in the mornings. I'm still struggling. I have 2 brothers and I live with the younger one and my mom. My parents split when I was 10 and I don't really have any kind of a relationship with my father, I haven't talked to him in years. I'm really not good at talking to people my own age as we don't have much in common. I would love to make some friends and I'm so glad I place like this exists.
