[ ADD ME ]

Im a fun going guy. I love to hang out with my friends, always seem to feel better with people, although alone time is good sometimes. I love to watch movies. Hockey is pretty much my life right now along with going to school at Florida Gulf Coast University. I am studying to be in Law Enforcement and hope to go to the police academy after college.

My OCD is centered around obsessions. Its nothing specific on a consistent basis, just events that happen as I live my life. I have a compulsion of washing my hands though. I have taken medicine all my life and just started taking new ones that seem to be working. Luvox CR if anyone was interested.

Anything hockey
Paintball
Scuba diving
Video games
Good movies
Rainy days

Awkward situations
Being stuck in situations with tons of people in small spaces
Only me and another person hanging out and not having anything to say.
Anxiety and OCD obviously
Stress (but i think thats universal for everyone)

Yeahh usually its hard to distract myself but ive been trying this thing where i imagine a big ice cream scoop or something scooping out the unwanted image or thought.. it sounds silly but even if it doesnt work initially its good to practice so that i can use stuff like that later on u know?

Thanks dude (for that blog comment.) That was very nice and thoughtful of you to stop by and read it and all. Thanks for the inspiration. I think i'll take a break for awhile, see how it goes. Engage in my own therapy.

My last game played was Plant vs Zombie by Popcap games online. I actually don't play games very much at all. Its difficult for me to figure what is good or not. I guess I just don't play games enough.
