My name is Kel, im 27 and i found out how bad my ocd was when it took over and is still partly controling my life.My ocd involves checking and i have really bad anxiety and get stressed very easily. I like to hear people talk about there ocd as it helps me to understand that little bit more altho Sometimes peoples ocd passes on to me just in single eposodes altho thats just proberly typical ocd. I like to thank my mum and my boyfriend because without there love and support i would of not been able to function in a normal life due to my ocd.
