Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

im a wife, a mother, a person with ocd. wow, it feels weird to just say it dosent it? iv had ocd for some time now, but i didn't know what it was until about 2 years ago. its nice to know im not alone, well not just me and monk. i love that show it makes me feel so much better about my problems.lol.what can i say about myself.....I’m a pain in the ass. i mean a fitness and nutrition professional, but that goes with pain in the ass I suppose. I can be both stubborn and understanding, pretty and ugly, I can pretty much cover the spectrum. I love cooking, playing music, playing with my daughter, painting, writing poetry, working out, and dancing about in my head. Hay it get weird in their sometimes.
