[ ADD ME ]

I am 17 years old. I discovered I had OCD when I was in 5th grade. I wasn't diagnosed until I was in 8th, I did know previously that something was not right though. I count the amount of times I brush my hair, teeth, turn the channel, and twist my ring. I learned I had OCD when my family began to question my actions and calling them odd behaviors. I felt alone and didn't know what to do. When I try to supress the earge, it only gets worse. I am now Junior in high school and only some of my friends know about my OCD. I just want to find a way to live with this and figure out how to deal with it...

Anything really exspecially poetry

dislike living with ocd...

same. I had a really hard time dealing with it and than I met my boyfriend who doesnt have odd but he has adhd. But im thankful that I at least found someone who excepts me for who i am and my ocd and the fact that i cant control it. it took me a few months to be able to be like I have to tell you something and im not sure if ur going to still be with me after. i tried to hide my ocd from him but once i told him, he pointed out some of the things i did and said he kind of figured. im thankful for this website and for a boyfriend who understands.
