Hi how are you doing. I haven't been on here for a while I suffer from OCD for 30 years and have been unwell for the last few. I impproved slightly over the lkast few weeks and then a job doing courier work and got exhausted which has unfortunately set me back Hopefully having just seen the doctor and increased my medication will help me improve the situation I hope things are working out with. It is comforting to know that other people in in the same boat as us, but if you are anything like me with no direspect to these people, you don't want to be in the same boat!!!

Lexi ... hi !!! I'm just getting started with this group. I feel any contact and discussion is helpful. I've been dealing with OCD for 40 years and never sought direct treatment until now. And it's helping! Good luck to you. I know how difficult it can be. And welcome ... Jack

Hi Lexi,thanks for your message,hope you are doing ok.Gavin is doing well at the moment,he has stopped drinking and it seems to have had a good effect on his thoughts.I thank god everyday for it.long may it last!
