Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

until now, ocd comprised about 65% of my life. i had it since i was 6 and im having a horrible time right now. my obsession is to do with guilt and i always try to figure out if i've done wrong or not. this process is very complicated. i go through everything i did and label and as something not to worry about, but it's not as easy as it sounds. if i can't get through this part on some things, then i have to figure out how i did it and why i shouldn't be guilty.
