Good morning, Julia. Good to hear from you the other day. How is the surgery recovery coming along? I hope you are getting out a bit to enjoy the season. It must be beautiful in your area right now. I am doing pretty well. I have been getting better with my checking from doing my own ERP program. It has its ups and downs, but I am seeing lots of success.

I hope you are making a swift recovery from your surgery. I see your grandchildren are into sports, as are mine. I have been going to lots of games in the evening, working hard on getting over my compulsions with the help of some great books. I will stay in touch. Love, Pat
