Dealing with obsessive thoughts


We deal with people on a daily basis and having OCD means we let our thoughts get in the way. We do not just think about things, we think, think and then think some more.

 

We are able to transform our lives into what we want it to be. However, as a person suffering from OCD and obsessive thoughts, it is not quite that easy.


Thoughts linger on, much longer than the situation itself, even after persons have been long gone. 


In an instant, triggers make us remember past situations and memories and we can get back to that sad, terrible place and state again. 


Do you suffer from overwhelming thoughts just consuming you? Is it difficult to move away and on to new experiences?


Let us share our experiences and lend a helping hand and heart to each other.
