Create more quality time for yourself
Try and arrive earlier then planned
Try and spend ten minutes in your day quietly doing absolutely nothing
Have one night a week all to yourself free from everything and everyone ~ me time
Set yourself boundaries and repel people who invade them
Get rid of anything you haven’t used or worn around your home or work you have not touch in ages ~ de-clutter
Once a week allow yourself time to recharge your own batteries
Write a ‘to do’ list and tick things off. You will be amazed how good that feels
Buy groceries online
Pay your bills automatically online or by direct debit
Remember you can say the word ‘No’
It’s ok to change your mind

I really need this at this point in my life with everything that has been going on this entire year with my family.  We have had one challenge and tragedy after another the whole year, and my house has suffered for it.  My goal is to declutter.  My problem is that some of the stuff that is cluttering my house belonged to my deceased mother-in-law and my husband isn't ready to let go of it yet.  She died in Feb and I guess his wounds are still too fresh.  I guess I can start by getting rid of some of the things of mine I haven't used in a while to make more room for her things since her things could become permanent fixtures in my space.  Thanks for sharing this.

another time you could is plan your weeks out by drawing up a weekly routine set times for getting up shaower/baths cleaning shopping or whatever else you do in a day stick to the routine to structor your day more soiledly at first it is very hard to get used to but it can have benfits for one you know what needs doing and when and your not relying solely on the ocd and thoughts and anxiety to dominate your rest time
