Another one is  Spirulina - its a natural food containing carotenoids, chlorophykk, vitamins, minerals & antioxidants. It's quite good for energy levels and nutritional support.

Another natural supplment that you can take is adrenal support. my mum and sister can't live without it and im only just starting on it so i can't really say what it does but it has botanical, vitamin & minerals in it and helps with a lot of things. It gets your adrenal glands working which control quite a few things in your body, including blood circulation. My mum highly reccomends it anyway.
