Hello Jane, My name is Pat and I am a passive-aggressive coward-aholic. I pretend to be nice to people that I despise. How can I break up with them? Just spill it out, yank it off like a band-aide? P.S., (Maryanne, Wes, Nate, I am not talking about you). That is cool that you saw the bear in your yard! Do you have a disguise or something to cover your head next time? A furry hat? Offer him some berries, invite him in. I am sure he is harmless...

Hello my name is Jane and I am a tv-holic. Since I have discovered Hulu tv I have been watching a lot of my shows on their free website. I am getting better though. I will be spending my days outside now tackling my yard work. I saw a bear yesterday morning in my yard and as he crossed the street I started to follow him to try and get a close up but he ran into the woods when he saw me. My bed hair must have frightened him. lol.

Interestingly enough, I had a melt down this weekend. I totally pushed away a good friend, luckily he is a solid friend and was there for me. But I still feel ashamed and stupid about my behavior.

Hey there, Glad to hear your week looks good. I have an appointment with my therapist Wednesday and I may be forced to go to my family doctor if the chest pains don't go away. I told Phillip I would go if they didn't stop, but I don't think there is anything much wrong.

Sounds like you and Elsie are having some fun gardening. Enjoy those rascals while they are young; they'll turn into "terrible teens" before you know it! Hope your day goes well. Maryanne

I think it is so funny that nobody seems to have played knock hockey. This was a very popular game when I was in Jr High and we would wait in line to have a turn playing it at the local park. I am 5 yrs older than you. Maybe it was more of an east coast game. I even bought this for my son to play but he was not too interested in this old fashioned version. lol.

No more tortuous appointments this week. I think my OCD makes me do all this healthy crap. Otherwise, I am convinced I am dying of breast cancer or some horrible disease. My garden is all set, I guess, at least I hope I am done planting. I sure don't have any more money to spend on it. You and Maryanne watch TV shows? How strange...I am about ready to cancel my television cable since I never watch it. Now I am watching Oliver Twist from 1999, another BBC thing. Only for a bit in the evening. I just jump around and do absurd work all day long...Now I am painting my addition pink.

Can May be coming to an end so soon? More gardening with Elsie yesterday. She was playing the old game where we pretended we were on television, doing a gardening show. Such a great actress! Thank God, the garden is about full! Three tomato plants, two of which Otis was glad to see were boys, Burpee's Big Boy. He isn't interested in gardening. Anyway, gratefully I have no appointments all week and can just goof off around the house. I know something will ruin that plan!

Omg.. I forgot to tell you. I wear that zulu thing all the time. Not every day because I think I;d come to compulsively see it as "lucky." But I love it. You're a good friend jerr-bear.

Japanese horror films... a league unto their own. I think it is a bit like the Limburger-cheezwhiz of movies. Gamera... yikes. OOh and I found one western/sci-fi starring Gene autry (sp?). Man.. who thought singing western would be believable as solving crime?

yep, wow indeed. I'd be as scared as the gal downstairs except he acts so much like my ex it just seems absurd to me. This sort of person stresses everyone though. TY for commenting.
