Hi
Britte.
I
like
your
name.
Thanks
for
your
message.
Nice
to
hear
back
from
you.
Yeah,
I'm
doin
ok,
thanks.
I'm
glad
your
back
home
now.
That
makes
so
much
sense
what
you
said
about
being
an
inpatient
-
you
progress
a
lot,
but
as
soon
as
you
get
back
home,
it'd
be
easy
to
revert
back
to
your
compulsions
and
rituals.
I
never
thought
about
that
before,
I've
always
sort
of
thought
I'd
go
to
a
clinic,
have
a
ton
of
exposure,
realize
my
fears
are
irrational,
and
my
life
would
be
way
better.
But
it
would
be
very
hard
to
not
revert
back
to
your
old
ways,
how
you
were
comfortable
before.
I
don't
have
a
therapist
right
now
either.
I
use
to,
and
I
really
liked
it,
but
I
don't
have
any
insurance
right
now.
When
i
did
have
a
therapist,
one
struggle
is
that
I
loved
my
visits
and
I
left
feeling
very
encouraged
and
ready
to
make
changes,
but
then
that
quickly
fades.
I
used
to
be
on
my
parents'
insurance,
but
now
I'm
too
old.
My
work
doesn't
offer
insurance
to
me
until
i
can
move
up.
I
can't
afford
my
own
insurance
right
now
-
but
I
at
least
have
catastrophic
insurance
right
now.
Thank
goodness
for
cheap,
generic
prescriptions.
I
love
them.
I
take
100
mg./day
of
fluoxetine,
the
generic
for
prozac.
It
seems
to
help
me,
I
hope
it
does,
sometimes
it's
hard
to
know
if
it
helps.
I'm
so
sorry
about
all
your
contamination
fears.
I
read
in
one
of
your
blogs
"i
am
becoming
agoraphobic
because
im
so
afraid
of
all
the
germs
out
there."
How's
that
going,
is
it
getting
better
or
worse?
Have
you
found
a
grocery
store
that
you
feel
comfortable
enough
to
go
to?
Are
you
currently
doing
vet
tech
education,
or
is
it
sort
of
on
hold?
Sounds
like
you
really
like
animals,
that's
way
cool,
I
love
animals.
Do
you
have
any
pets?
Nice
talking
to
you,
I
hope
things
only
get
better
for
you
-
little
by
little.
Bye.

thanks
for
the
add
to
your

Keep
on
with
the
honesty
and
pointed

How's
the
princess
of
the
OCD
world.
You
are
one
of
the
most
caring,
kind
people
in
the
entire
world.
Never
give
up
your
battle
with
OCD.
Never
let
it
define
who
you
are.
Remember
its
only
a
small
part
of
you.
Hi
Paige.
Thanks
for
your
message.
I'm
glad
you're
doin
pretty
good.
I
totally
understand
you
when
you
say
a
"suckish"
day
-
nice
word,
I
like
that.
That's
one
reason
why
I
love
sleeping
at
night.
First
of
all,
I
love
sleeping.
Plus,
if
it
has
been
a
suckish
day
-
it
is
so
nice
to
sleep,
and
wake
up
and
it
is
a
new
day,
sort
of
like
a
re-start,
makes
it
easier
for
me
to
keep
on
trying.
I
hear
ya
about
the
"Empire
State
of
Mind"
-
that's
cool
you
love
it,
but
a
song
can
get
overplayed
pretty
easily.
That's
way
cool
that
you're
still
doing
your
nanny
job.
Are
you
way
glad
winter
is
sort
of
getting
over?
I
am,
I
have
a
scooter,
so
winter
is
not
a
fun
time
on
my
scooter,
nor
very
safe.
Hope
all
continues
to
go
well
for
you.
Take
care.
