hey dont, just leave that last one a read-only..topics change, because life always does ya know-I just read your blog and you're going through something very tough right now. I know the earth quakes quite often, even while others sleep soundly. But that doesnt mean you wont find your soundness of both mind and heart..I know you will..and soon.

that is exactly how i feel when i read some things you blog. like i don't know what advice i can offer because i relate and would like someone to give me advice on it too! thank you though for checking up on me there :)

I like your BG... I was reading you Comment.. and I also have many stories like the one I told in my Blog.. Like my Gaurdian angle.. i seen him a few times.. when i was stranded .. alone.. and really really needed help.. HE showed up.. and it didnt hit me till after the 2nd time.. it was the same man.. Showed up out of know where .. and poof he was gone when I turned around. .... also... when i was a child in living in PA. out home was haunted.. it once had a fire and killed the whole family... and there was MANY things there that i noticed. You know.. you were the only one that replied to my blog.. i think this is a topic many avoid for some reason... Fear of the unkown I guess... but to me.. it isnt unknown.. because I lived it.

Hi. I am hanging in there. Starting another work week. The mindfulness course is going fine. It is an eight week course with a retreat. It is tough for me to do alot of it as my mind is always wandering. But that is the entire idea, bringing it back to the here and now! How are you? Feeling ok? How are the kids?
