work

mindfulness
course
is
going
fine.
It
is
an
eight
week
course
with
a
retreat.
It
is
tough
for
me
to
do
alot
of
it
as
my
mind
is
always
wandering.
But

entire
idea,
bringing
it
back
to
the
here
and
now!

busy
