Hi There, I LOVE the Big Bang Theory! Not too much on reality shows. NCIS is very different from the "CSI" shows. I'm really hooked on it.

You have beautiful pictures in your "gallery". We're having terrible weather to try to get much done outside. It rains every 10 minutes; we finally got our flowers in the ground today, although it was a little wet for planting.

Do you have pets? We have a cocker spaniel puppy - 7 months old. He's really, really cute but lots of trouble. Our other dog was really laid back and easy to have around. This guy acts like he's on speed or something. Oh well, he'll probably grow out of it!

Well, the Big Bang Theory is on now, so I'm going to go watch it. Hope you're having a good weekend. Maryanne

Still trying to find a good movie in theaters this year. Saw Arthur Newman with Colin Firth and Emily Blunt and was a bit underwhelmed. They performed so well. The writing and story wasn't much to remark about though.

Glad to hear your visit with the doctor turned out okay!

I need some help. Phillip has really been throwing a monkey wrench into my routine (rituals) and I'm getting really anxious about it all. I feel like I'm being punished for the lake thing or something.

It's time to do the dreaded shower routine. He's going gallivanting off to the store and around about. He left me with everything to do. I have so much that needs done! Any progress is good progress, right? My shower getting over with will relax me for the rest of the day, right? Sometimes it just doesn't seem like it's worth it. I'm getting really depressed again. Hi Maryanne,

My soaps are my favorite shows to watch. I also must confess to some reality shows: the Voice, Survivor, the Amazing Race and Dancing with the Stars. Then there's drama: Revenge, the Following, Nashville, Dexter, the Client, Homeland, Nurse Jackie, Once Upon a Time. My comedy favs are: Big Bang Theory, Modern Family, Mike and Molly. And of course I love me some Anderson Cooper. Geez do you think I listed enough shows? lol. I bet you are sorry you asked. I have never watched the CSI shows for some reason but I bet I would have liked them. I may have to give them a try.
Have a nice day. I've got loads of yard work to keep me busy this weekend.

I think you had better go get your colonoscopy done, ASAP. What if there is a big huge monster growing inside there? Anyway, I have all my horrible appointments behind me and ready for a fun weekend. I am on a very strange diet for my joint pain in my hands. I don't care what anyone thinks, because, guess what?, it is working fantastic. Got to go make my flaxseed meal bread...I have it with Greek yogurt and almond butter for snack..yummy. The diet has low carb and lots of veggies, meat (which I am definitely not used to), and oil. No sugar, no gluten, no corn, no rice...very challenging. But when the pain and swelling in my hands went away, I became a believer.

hi maybe on a subconscious level you think diminishing will resolve the ocd issues. backing away from freinds isolating yourself more imo strenghtens the ocd. now its critical not to withdraw anymore than you have already. i have done this in the past ocd takes over
