ABOUT ME

i am a mum of two lovely wee boys age 3 and a half and 13 months i love animals and music, i always have been a very happy go lucky chatty person, just geting used to my pc lol so bear with me. i refused the drug treatment for ocd as i do not wish to feel like a zombie every day, i am however attending cbt it is helping a bit but i am so busy with 2 small kids i find it hard to carry out my tasks, to stop my checks. and now the update, i gave up cbt as i did not like the phsycologist and the office was just to much to bear...
