hey. thanks for your request. I can relate with you on the isolation and alienation. I don't have many close friends. Last May I found a friend I went to high school with who also has OCD. So we made a good connection with each other. I've also recently found someone who lives in california. We have very similar personalities.

yeah. my intrusive thoughts tend to be violent or irrational ones which scare me. i hope they reduce over time with the medicine and the psychology sessions will hopefully help :) how does ocd affect yourself? ill try my best to understand hehe :)
