Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

I'm single, never married and live alone with my cat. Close to my family but as my problems have worsened over the past few years I've withdrawn into myself losing pretty well all my friends.

I've suffered from OCD and depression all my adult life. Was first diagnosed with OCD when I was 19 and have been on medication ever since. I've not been able to work for several years now.

Still not given up on life just yet.

Thunderstorms and snow.
The sea, lakes and mountains.
First smell of newly cut grass in the spring.
Animals of all sorts.
Hope and dreams.
Travelling the world.

Being alone with my thoughts.
Cruelty and bullying.
My life passing me by.

Love sports, both watching and playing. I'm an avid football fan, and though I don't play anymore I still love to support my local side. I used to regularly play squash and badminton. Also liked to ski and scuba dive when I could. Find I do these things less than less these days.

Enjoy watching films, listening to music and like to draw and paint.
