Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

I am married and have two daughters. I work in the optical field. I have had OCD most of my life sometimes worse than other times.I am also diabetic which really just complicates things more.My OCD is usually checking,always afraid I will accidently cause harm to someone.I think that the worse thing about my OCD is with religion.

I like spending time with family and friends,going to movies. One of my favorite things is just to take a nap.I like time to myself I find it to be calming.

Ocd of course! mostly I dont like confusion. I like to keep things simple.
